POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Seasons takes pride in its service and strives to deliver every
order on time. Nevertheless, accurate and prompt delivery of orders depends on various
limiting factors that include:
- The time of order (day/night),
- The delivery / shipping mode chosen
- Prevailing weather conditions and
- Delivery location (easily accessible / remote)
Our delivery policies elucidate the delivery options available to customers and
the methods we adopt to process orders as mentioned below.
Delivery Status
If we have any difficulties delivering your order, we
will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail. If due to any reason your order cannot
be delivered, you will be informed by Seasons. If you do not hear from us, you can
be assured that your order has been delivered.
Re-Delivery
- Recipient not home
In the event that the recipient is not home at
the requested time of delivery, we shall contact the recipient, fix a convenient
time and redeliver the order at extra cost.
- Incorrect address
Re-delivery on account of incorrect address will be charged extra. Attempted and failed deliveries will be charged accordingly.
- Change in address
We can accommodate change in the delivery address at
no extra cost if the order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being
delivered. Re-delivery on account of change in address after dispatch of the order
will be charged extra. Orders can be amended / cancelled* if the order has not
been executed or is not on its way to delivery.
- Delivery on Sundays & Public Holidays
Seasons delivers orders on all 365 days of the year and
guarantees delivery on Sundays too. However, courier deliveries cannot be executed
on Sundays & Holidays due to factors beyond our control. Such orders will be
executed on the immediate working days.
International Floral Deliveries
Due to the differing time zones, same day delivery for
international locations is not possible. We can only guarantee delivery dates for
orders received three business days in advance. International delivery orders can
be placed only through telephone and not online.
Gift Items Shipped Directly
Several of our gift items are shipped directly through
reputed couriers. Items shipped can take 3-10 business days and delivery dates are
not guaranteed.
Delivery of Cakes in fresh condition
While we make every effort to ensure that cakes
requested are closest to the order specification and delivered fresh, we cannot
guarantee the same as the product is made by a third party vendor and not by the
company. Seasons hold no liability for the cake prepared by a third party.
Substitution Policy
All products are subject to availability. In the event
of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute the product ordered
with a product of similar appearance, equivalent value and quality without any notice.
(Specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified
day. Therefore, in the event that the exact bouquet displayed or requested is not
available, we will deliver similar flowers and wrapping of equal value and beauty.
Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of
an arrangement. However, there may be some variation due to designer interpretation.
In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color.)
